SEAMLESS TRANSITION

We aim to create a transition experience where school supports are gradually replaced by other community supports over the course of 3 years. At the end of the program, the student exits school services with a strong team of community supports.

COMMUNITY AGENCIES

A key component of success is coordinating the supports of outside agencies. Staff work directly with students and families to apply for any outside agencies, including Vocational Rehabilitation, Chemeketa Occupational Skills Program, Summer Work Experience and Camp Lead.
