Are you interested in winning a League Pass during halftime of next week’s Homecoming football game? Read on for complete details…
Next week is Homecoming, and this year the festivities come one day earlier on Thursday! The Silverton High School Homecoming Parade will run its usual route from Coolidge-McClain Park to Silverton Middle School beginning shortly after school is dismissed.
Following the parade, we invite any interested community members to join us at Silverton Middle School, where tours of the facility will be available from immediately following the parade (roughly 4:30 pm) to 6:30 pm, ending just in time for you to make it to the Homecoming Football Game as the Foxes take on McKay in a special Thursday night Homecoming event.
Every person who takes a tour through the middle school will receive a raffle ticket, and the raffle will be drawn at halftime of the homecoming game that very night. The winner will receive a League Pass, which qualifies its holder and their family to get into every Mid-Willamette Conference event for the rest of the school year at no cost.
Bring your grandparents, bring your neighbors, and join us for a tour of the Silverton Middle School facility, where SFSD representatives as well as community volunteers will be on hand to answer your questions about Proposed Bond Measure 24-486, as well as providing a tour of the old Silverton (Union) High School building, portions of which are now in serve as Silverton Middle School.
We hope to see you there, and wish you luck in the raffle!
