An important part of Silver Falls School District’s November 2023 Bond effort is our Bond Oversight Committee (BOC). This is an independent, citizen-led body in charge of monitoring the planned improvements, progress, schedule, and costs of the bond program. This committee
will meet at least quarterly (in meetings facilitated by district representatives) to review bond-funded projects and offer advice and recommendations to the School Board. The BOC’s charge is available to read on the district’s bond website at SilverFallsSchoolBond.org

Applications must be received by 4pm on September 29th, 2023 for consideration for this committee.
The Silver Falls School District Board of Directors will approve a list of interested volunteers, selected from all applicants by the Superintendent, to serve on this committee. The board is scheduled to vote on committee members at their October 9, 2023 regular meeting. We invite all interested community members to apply.
