As of September 1, 2023, users are unable to log in to iOS mobile applications. An issue was identified with mobile app version checking introduced in v2024. This issue does NOT impact Android devices.
Edupoint is currently pushing an updated iOS application to the App Store to address the issue. Users will
need to update the iOS mobile application to the version listed below or higher:
• AdminVUE: 9.2.1
• CounselVUE: 4.1
• HealthVUE: 6.6
• ParentVUE: 11.2
• StudentVUE: 11.2
• TeacherVUE: 8.3
