Safe Routes to School (SRTS) Reports
Silver Falls School District and the City of Silverton recently partnered to complete SRTS studies at each of the four schools within the city. This project was part of the city’s Transportation System Development Plan review currently in process. SRTS is a comprehensive program to make school communities safer by combining engineering tools and enforcement with education about safety and activities to enable and encourage students to walk and bicycle to schools.
